1. This online shop is fully owned by Prior Lucas Vinhos, with registered office at Travessa dos Troviscais AZ3, 3020-886 Souselas, Coimbra – Portugal, holder of NIF 206023952 and registered at the Registry Office of Coimbra, which is dedicated to the production and marketing of wines.
2. The purchase of any product in Prior Lucas Vinhos’ online shop implies the acceptance of these Terms of Sale. To make purchases in the Prior Lucas Vinhos online shop you must complete a unique customer registration with valid data.
3. Any and all alcoholic beverages available for sale in Prior Lucas Vinhos online shop may only be purchased by persons of legal age in their country of residence. If in doubt please contact us.
4. Prior Lucas Vinhos reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, information relating to products, prices, commercial conditions and services. The images illustrating each product may differ from the product subsequently delivered.
5. The products presented and available for sale in Prior Lucas Vinhos online shop contain, in general, sulphites.
6. Under Portuguese law, all prices are presented in Euros (€) and include the respective VAT rates in force.
7. If an order cannot be met in part or in full, the customer will be immediately contacted by Prior Lucas Vinhos in order to find the most appropriate solution. Orders will only be processed after effective receipt of payment.
8. The delivery is free only in Continental Portugal. Prior Lucas Vinhos does not deliver outside the referred geographic range.
9. All orders placed in Prior Lucas Vinhos online shop have a maximum payment term of 5 days. After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
10. Prior Lucas Vinhos develops all efforts to ensure the delivery of orders within a maximum of 3 working days after confirmation of payment. All products sent by Prior Lucas Vinhos must be checked upon delivery. If you find that your order is damaged, you must return it immediately to the carrier, explain the reason for the return in the delivery note and notify Prior Lucas Vinhos immediately.
11. Prior Lucas Vinhos recognizes all its customers the right to cancel their contracts, allowing them to return, within 14 days, all products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law 24/2014 of February 14 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of May 20, and should contact Prior Lucas Vinhos for this purpose. Only products with no sign of misuse, complete with all its components and original packaging in perfect condition will be accepted for return.
12. All purchases made at Prior Lucas Vinhos online shop are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the Terms of Sale will be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.
