Since the beginning of PRIOR, I had never vinified Baga at 100%. The right conditions or a clear strategy for the product were missing. As the project matured, I decided to revisit the Bairrada wines of the last century: low in alcohol, but with enormous longevity. Thus, an elegant, light Baga red wine was born, with striking acidity and tannins.
